My name is Annmarie Idichandy,


But you can call me Ann. I am an MBA graduate from Drexel University, with a  minor in Nonprofits Management. My experience spans 3+ years working between the technology, investment, and energy industries, as well as 6+ years at an educational non-profit organization. I have gained experience in digital marketing and web design, business communication, program management, and data analytics.

I am an organized, detail-oriented multitasker that thrives when working in fast-paced environment. I work well in both individual and team settings. I am eager to continue learning and am excited to take on new roles and projects to continue driving innovation for the teams I work with.

  • Administer various programs and events to educate and engage students and enhance their professional skills with Caring and Sharing program, multimedia program, annual graduation and holiday events and college visits.

  • Manage volunteer program and supervise volunteers by assigning tasks cultivating individual administrative, professional, and career skills.

  • Administer annual college application process meetings to 12th graders, starting from July to November and college selection from February to May, completing over 75 steps and 180 hours of advising and review per student to submit best applications, essays and financial aid requests.

  • Constantly analyze and strategically revise organizational processes to be more efficient with current environment and arising challenges.

  • Engage the alumni community through quarterly newsletters, volunteer opportunities to guest speak at sessions, social events, and donation opportunities

Marketing and Customer Experience Co-op

  • Analyzed weekly over 3,000 rows of customer data from customer life cycle surveys to distinguish trends and identify key aspects that need to be addressed by the company to improve the customer experience

  • Revised and maintained customer-facing communications, both digital and direct mail, and quality-assured communications prior to sending out to customers

  • Maintained social presence on Facebook and Twitter by posting content to educate customers and the community about the company’s endeavors and general energy tips

FS Investments

April 2017 - April 2018

  • Managed and supported FS Financial Scholars program expansion into different schools in the district and assisted with website content creation to improve financial literacy, resulting in adding over double the initial commitment of partners and educating families about the importance of financial literacy

  • Managed the entire process of the Foundations’ charitable giving matching program and maintained the tracking database, as a result financially assisting over 1,000 different organizations

  • Composed and managed internal communications pertaining to employee programs and announcements (including internal employee website and digital signage platform), along with organizing, planning and coordinating employee service events

Digital Marketing Co-op

March - September 2016

  • Edited and produced internal and external videos and podcasts using high-quality equipment and software (Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, After Affects) for educational and promotional purposes

  • Assisted in the filming of executive-level interviews in SAP’s in-house studio, as well as filming b-roll onsite at several customer-facing events

  • Developed and produced a digital whiteboard marketing educational video series for the North America Marketing organization, educating the company about different latest business topics
